Michael’s personality and hard work traits are easily recognized by his proud Irish heritage. Michael enjoys working with established professionals, families and business owners who have accumulated assets and are seeking specialized advice. Michael’s clients are too busy enjoying life to devote the time needed to manage the complexities of financial planning and find time spent with Michael to be of significant value.
Michael began his career in the financial services industry in 1984 as an advisor continuing on to become a staff manager from 1989 to 1999 and then returned to the advisor role. Michael is one of the managing partners of RTR Advisory Group and member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
He has always been involved in community services, dedicated to fulfilling wishes of children with illnesses by serving seven years on the board of directors for the Rainbow Society of Alberta and is a past president and currently involved with the Kinsmen Club of Edmonton.
Michael is married to Pamela and they have two active children, Caitlin and Kieran. He enjoys activities with his family and has been involved in coaching hockey and soccer.
